References Application Migration and Modernization

We would like to share with you our experiences with some of our most important application migration and modernization projects. Common to all these projects are the customer needs and desires to preserve the existing applications and keep them alive (due to huge development costs, mission critical functionality, fully aligned to the business needs, working and reliable) on one hand, but move to the open Unix world on the other hand.

Along with the additional features and functionality that are acquired when moving an application to a Unix or Linux system, the customers most important reasons for a migration decision are the cost savings, the incredible performance gain, and the scalability of the target platforms.
